I guess lan doesn't have any experience about to apply visitor visa. Im disappointed about his service. We made application for visitor visa, there was definitely something wrong and IRCC refused our application. He wasted my money and time.I dont recommend. Update ; He was my representative but he acts like that he wasn't. Also he is lying as u can see on the attachments. He isn't reliable lawyer. Find another one.
