I wish I could say that I was writing a review about the table I ordered back in May, but after 6 months of missed deadlines and zero communication (without me asking "where are we") I finally cancelled my order. I understand that business is booming for these guys but be honest...if you can't deliver or meet a deadline...let a customer know so they can look elsewhere. This would be a 1-star review for customer service and ?-star for product...just put 3-stars to give the product the benefit of doubt.
Overall great experience buying my double green egg table from Dana. I can’t be happier. Excellent craftsmanship. He added many custom features at a great price including LED lights. It’s so cool😎😎 I highly recommend Wood by Dana. You will not be disappointed. Tim
