After dropping off my docs. It took 6 weeks to get my taxes completed. After which, they wanted 1500 for simple 1040 and state. When I rejected it, they came back with 900. Simply nuts. The young lady that works in the Mansfield office, is a trainee. She doesn’t understand taxes and certainly not a customer support person not at any fault of her own. She is simply not trained. James Thornberry has never been our client. I reviewed back 18 years and he is not listed we do not work in Zip code 44903. We do not have an office in Mansfield. I do not have multiple offices. I am a Sole Practitioner. I have no employees including a young lady in Mansfield. Please remove this posting as this is not me or my company.
Negative stars is what I would like to rate my experience as. DO NOT GO TO WOOD BOOKKEEPING. Worst experience of my life!!! I've had to *** him because he messed up my tax return so bad and then said he would pay the *** penalties and he never did. He lied to us on multiple occasions and said he almost had our taxes done and then called three weeks later and it turned out he hadn't even started them. Don't let this man do your taxes. 1. He gives you a appt. time then gives same time to others and you sit and wait for nearly 2hrs just to be seen. 2. Paid him to electronically file my 2015 federal and state taxes I sent the payment for tax bill in mail myself then in January of 2016 received a letter from federal saying my 2015 taxes haven't been filed so called Ohio tax and same thing.
