Friendly and very helpful staff both a good selection of wood heaters.
We recently had the pleasure of visiting HP fire, at Wonthaggi. From the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by Serena we felt comfortable and under no pressure. She displayed an extensive knowledge of their products and guided us through the various options. She listened to our needs carefully and we left there having purchased a wood heater. The installation was equally professional and efficient. We would recommend HP fire if you are in the area and looking.

Seriously dont waste your time. I reached out as I needed the old fire place removed and relocated along with a new one installed. Hayden responded with they could help with the new fire place and would send details on to a contractor to look at the relocation which I was happy with. Multiple attempts to follow up both a new fireplace and the relocation. ZERO RESPONSE....!!! Why offer a service if you have no interest in helping.... Dont waste your time!!
