The front desk service here is absolutely abysmal. When we called to ask if there was a Mandarin-speaking interpreter available, they claimed they couldn't understand what we were saying; their tone and attitude were terrible, and then they just hung up on us. Thumbs down—I really don't understand how they got such good reviews online.
Dr. Wong is fantastic. Every time after the visit, feeling refresh. Highly recommend!

As soon as you enter the clinic, you feel calm. Great communication, and they constantly remind me of appointments. A well-planned and intentional feeling.
The space is clean, calm, and comfortable, which makes a big difference. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been polite and helpful. I never feel confused about what’s happening or what to expect next.
