I was scheduled for a phone consultation weeks down the road from the day I set the appointment. Then I had to reschedule for personal traveling that left me unavailable. In the beginning they are kind to you and all. As soon as they get paid they do not provide answer your calls or provide you with updates about your case.
Worked with Shahzad. He was great and was able to help me out with my queries.
Never answer the phone, horribly rude, no one is ever in the office to take calls, and emails go completly ignored for weeks.
