Very professional, prompt and friendly service for our estate planning. Answered all questions precisely, listened to what we wanted, and no coercion. Works with LegalEASE and no surprise fees (up-front about what services are covered and the fees they charge beyond that). Seem to work best via email.

I had my initial consultation and was told I’d be contacted for a follow-up by a specific date. I called their office three times to check in, but the receptionists were consistently rude and unprofessional, wasting clients’ time. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this firm.

We were paired with Wong Fleming through LegaLease and it was a painful experience and regret using their services. While they did help with our estate planning, getting everything signed and submitted took longer than we liked. They seemed unprofessional in the office (they arrived late, didn't have paperwork printed, dressed extremely casual) and when they were supposed to file our deeds to the county, it took them 3 weeks when they said they'd do in a few days. I was scheduled for a phone consultation weeks down the road from the day I set the appointment. Then I had to reschedule for personal traveling that left me unavailable. Naturally, this meant waiting an additional amount of time for a new opening. The morning of the newly rescheduled appointment finally arrived. I had taken time off work to be available.
