I had been suffering stiffness and pain in my left side of back and neck running up into my head for days !! I was down at Nuriootpa shops yesterday and saw there shop front. I decided to give them a try and had a 1 hour full body remedial massage. They asked if any areas in particular were giving me grief ? As they can focus extra time on the area more needing attention. Went today after having headaches for 4 days. Have never had a deep tissue massage before. The receptionist described what they could do to help with the pain inmy neck and shoulders. Oh my goodness the massage was firm and to the point. I definitely felt those knots and pain as she worked her magic in this area. No pain no gain is the mantra I kept thinking.
