I could hear the masseuse struggling to hold the stones because they were too hot, but he still went ahead and applied them. I had to tell him twice they were too hot and burning me. I also asked for just a back and shoulder massage and received full body, it was uncomfortable.
Sorry to say but the man who took my booking today walk in was rude & I was very disappointed I wanted to leave but needed a massage but luckily the massage was great thanks . I tried to get the owner or managers number to let them know privately but he refused to give it to me :(
