Lack of communication! My sister hired them for her wedding. They are still waiting on photos. They are months past over due from the date they were supposed to give the photos. They were also supposed to get a sneak peak photos 2 weeks post wedding (according to the contract), they didn't get it till almost 6 months after (only due to my sister texting, emailing, and calling him for a response back for updates).
