I've been knowing Mr.Shane for 3 years, it has always been easy and simple with the process of handling our percentage rates. We came from 4.7with the uncertainty of what our country been through, but now our insurance rate has gone down to 2.5% Mr Shane is the best in getting your percentage down if it is too high, so go ahead and use Wonder State Mortgage they are the best!
RecommendedShane has handled two mortgages and a couple of refinance deals for us. He is knowledgeable, accessible, and on point throughout the whole process. We recently sold a property & got to see what a poor mortgage lender looks like with our buyer. Really made us appreciate Shane even more.
I have to say Shane was a God sent. We had been working wit a local bank trying to get closing on a home. We worked with this bank for over 60days.
