Yes I have been in the medical field for over 20 years.I know when a patient voices something to a doctor, nurse practitioner or anybody with the right credentials in the medical field they are supposed to make the issue better or try. Yes my family member told me he spoke to the nurse practitioner today... he said not the one with the locs but the other one about getting his nerve meds switched to scheduled so he can take it how he has been taking it for 2 n a half years... So, she switched it to every 8hrs... Idk if she knows it but the bottle says it MAY cause drowsiness... May... Not that it will cause drowsiness.... And nerve pain is the worse pain there is... PLEASE do NOT ask me something at the end of a shift to make it seem like you been asking me all day... And on my mother's ashes I was not asked the question when I got off the phone... Then go say they asked me while I was on the phone... Why you tryna talk to me and you clearly see im on the phone??? Makes no sense... Had all day, LITERALLY, to ask me and you go wait to ask me at the end of the shift...
