The boat batteries they sell are junk! Bought and used one 2 times, took it back to them to be told it was no good. Save your money and buy someplace else--they can't possibly be selling new batteries that die in a year. The customer service sucks as well. You'd be much better off spending perhaps a little more for a decent battery not the junk they sell.
Save some money, get a Wonch! Customer service was fine. I expect a certain amount of "I hate my job" attitude, and this place didn't fail! But they were efficient, cost effective, and the battery is still going strong. If you want great customer service (because they are putting it in you) then go to AZ or AA and get the happy ending you are paying for.
