I got to experience a virtual breathwork session with Betty, and it was incredible. I usually do in-person group sessions, but this time, being in the comfort of my own home, with no kids around, gave me the space to fully let go and release without hesitation. The online group transformational breath work experience was truly incredible! It was like a work out for my subconscious self, and in the way of how you feel after an actual workout, you'll never regret doing this when you're done. Betty is a beautiful facilitator that really tunes into the needs of who she is guiding and allows for you to have the best experience that You need, I highly recommend anyone to try this out!
