Marie helped me after my second pregnancy for my pelvic floor and diastasis recti (that wasn’t completely healed after my previous twin pregnancy). With visual explanation of the body mechanics and simple exercices, Marie made me understand and change the way I move and breathe for a more aligned body. I now feel strong and with more energy at 4 months post partum. I highly recommend Marie’s extended knowledge, care and kindness to any woman during and after pregnancy.
