I cannot speak any higher of both Dr Lara & her amazing team. I came across Lara after having terrible experiences with another WLS and omg that was the best decision I ever made. Lara is kind, patient, empathetic, very knowledgeable and honest in what she can and can't fix. I turned to this clinic when highly motivated for change and very vulnerable to judgemental, unhelpful conduct. Found first and foremost concern was establishing an avenue for her payment. I felt from the outset that my immediate wellbeing was not the focus. I left ashamed and humiliated. Support staff were righteous and unhelpful. I gave up and didn’t proceed.
Exceptional care , skill and professionalism from Dr Freeman. My surgeries were not weight related but for regular surgical procedures. Highly recommended.
