Brittany is patient, incredibly kind, and very knowledgeable. She provides every bit of information and even answers every question and she is amazingly responsive. There’s no pressure but it makes you motivated to want to be able to take the steps to start and stay consistent. I actually felt heard and seen and finally have seen progress.
