I was so nervous before my first appointment, but Adrienne is so gentle, compassionate, and knowledgeable, it's impossible to not relax in her presence. I appreciated her simple suggestions that have made all the difference for me during and after pregnancy. I tell everyone I know how talented she is, and how important it is to invest in yourself and healing your body during pregnancy and postpartum. Adrienne is the best; you are in fantastic hands!!!

Women’s Root Wisdom is a wonderful pelvic PT practice. Adrienne has an amazing talent. She makes you feel very comfortable and safe. She is very knowledgeable and open. I I highly recommend working with Adrienne. She has relieved so much pain in a few sessions. She has also provided me with LOTS of knowledge about pelvic health.
