I came to the women’s health clinic at Achieve PT after my third pregnancy to address some pelvic floor and back problems. It was a recommendation from my OB, and I’m thrilled with the service I received! Audra Harris was my PT and she is amazing, relatable, kind, and non-judgmental. She listens, understands, is empathetic, and finds treatments to address very specific problems. She gave me exercises with thoughtful modifiers that were targeted for my individual challenges, and this can’t be matched by trying to find your ow... read more

I recently went to the Women's Health Clinic at Achieve PT to strengthen my pelvic floor and core muscles. Suubi is personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. After a thorough evaluation, she started me on breathing, stretching, and strengthening exercises. Suubi modified my program as I became stronger and she also adapted my exercises to include surrounding joints such as my hips and knees. Suubi was very approachable to answer questions, either in person or via email. When I had completed my program, I felt stronger and I w... read more

I had first found Achieve when I was having issues with my knee and had a good experience so I decided to return to the Women's clinic after the birth of my first child. I was having lingering tailbone pain after the birth. Audra Harris worked with me on a number of stretching, breathing and strengthening exercises and I'm now feeling much better!

Just finished going to PT after the birth of my second child. I wanted some support on returning to running and with healing my diastasis recti. Suubi got me in within a week of calling and immediately made me feel comfortable. Her exercise progressions were challenging and she encouraged me to push myself in an appropriate way. I would encourage anyone currently pregnant or postpartum to seek out the help of a Women’s Health PT, it’s made all the difference in my recovery.

Awesome so far. Had my first appointment today with Suubi Kasirye. She was fantastic - extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and compassionate. I have two severe disc herniations from years ago that decided to flare up when I was pregnant (when you can't do much about it). I feel confident she is going to be helpful with my issue.
