When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by friendly reception staff. My physio Bella was calm, reassuring and I felt very comfortable during the consult. She took the time to listen as I explained my concerns. I walked out feeling physically better, but more importantly, less anxious. Thank you Bella for your kindness, knowledge and genuine care.
In my time with the clinic I have been seeing the lovely Divya. From my first appointment she immediately put me at ease as she was so attentive and understanding, and never dismissive. In the last month she has given me knowledge that has given me back my confidence and she has helped ease all worries about why I first came in. I am feeling much more reassured and I have the tools to help me going forward.
