I was TOLD to move out of an entrance to the building carpark which is not their private drive by a lady that works at this place who started taking pictures of me and threatened me with the Council as I sat waiting in the car for a 71 yr old at an appointment who was about to come out and I am a local I told her she wasn’t the police so she had no right to tell me to do anything .... no where is there a sign saying you can’t park there , I was pulled up on one side of the drive and plenty of room for anyone to get in . I’m getting my life back and possibly avoiding major surgery thanks to Suzannah! The reception staff can be off at times though but are mostly fine.
When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by friendly reception staff. My physio Bella was calm, reassuring and I felt very comfortable during the consult. She took the time to listen as I explained my concerns. I walked out feeling physically better, but more importantly, less anxious. Thank you Bella for your kindness, knowledge and genuine care.
In my time with the clinic I have been seeing the lovely Divya. From my first appointment she immediately put me at ease as she was so attentive and understanding, and never dismissive. In the last month she has given me knowledge that has given me back my confidence and she has helped ease all worries about why I first came in. I am feeling much more reassured and I have the tools to help me going forward.
