Took Uber to location, got there 30 minutes early. Place was locked up. I waited 45 minutes, until 15 minutes past my appointment time and no one showed up. Tried calling and emailing with no response. Took another Uber back to hotel. Now trying to get a refund on pre-payment. Very frustrating!
