I've been a patient at WIM as needed for the past few years. Sarah Gillispie has been a huge factor in achieving my endurance sport goals. It's really helpful to have a DPT in your corner before an event. Her dry needling for performance, cupping/manual, and overall programming are outstanding.
I am writing this to share with everyone especially men to let them know a valuable resource to use. At 63, it was discovered I had Prostate Cancer. Following lots of research, I went through a Robotic Prostatectomy at UVA. My Urology surgeon was awesome and the procedure was a complete success but what I didn't know was how to take care of my needs for a healthy recovery. I’m a huge fan of Women in Motion and am so pleased with the support and care I’ve received from Sarah! I came in after pelvic surgery on the recommendation of my surgeon but without specific expectations.
