This organization sucks!! I used a belt on my kid that so many parents still use today and if they don't their kids run a muck! And because I used a belt on my kid they tried to pin me as a child abuser. Needless to say they missed the mark and I got off free because their allegations were totally false! This organization is of no use it's garbage!!

I came here to get shampoo conditioner hygiene products for women, camping supplies as a disabled women struggling pamplets anything they said they had nothing at the time. Several months ago I went there was given a few shampoos conditioners from hotels that was so nice.

Worthless Services for my story… I got out on my own. The help they offer over the phone is the same help you could google. They may physically protect the women and children inside their walls but the help they provide is weak at best. When you have nothing else to loose this is where you come when you hit rock bottom. If anyone reading this needs help fleeing domestic violence, please go to Women and Children's Horizons. You can get help in the form of restraining order assistance, shelters, and more. The people that work there are amazing and really care about their clients. There are advocates that will help you fill out a restraining order petition, and they'll even go to court with you to support you. Usually their shelters are full, unfortunately.
