I got a gift card for a full body massage and let me tell you it was amazing!
I highly recommend this Master Esthetician!
This spa closed down without prior notice to its clientele and instead of refunding membership balances they now offer services from their homes. I paid for the full spa experience, relaxation room, the sauna etc. I do not want to go to some random stranger’s house to finish out my membership balance. They should at least give the option of a refund. Seems like a very shady business practice to me.
Treiva's spa used to be great but At the end of the year last year It was near impossible to get an appointment. I spent $240 for a Bliss package from this spa that was a gift for my wife I never got to use it because now they're closed. To me this is borderline theft. Not much of a resolution either to try to fix the situation. I’ve been going to Trieva’s for a few years now, I’ve had great experiences with several of their estheticians. It makes me sad to be writing this review but the salon dropped off communication weeks ago, after some digging around I guess they’re rebranding but there has been zero contact or update. Even a simple message on the website or an update here on Google would be helpful.
