Some of the front desk people are rude !!
Horrible designed dock/ramp,, blindside into pit,, be careful with your tail end on trailer, dock is lower then trailer height, I damaged my license plate on that dock.Whoever designed that truckacess/ramp didn't had a clou what he was doing...I had tandem on rear, might work better with tandem upfront, give it a try ,, you been warned if you decide to go there with a OTR truck, aerowings be careful
