Would give them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. I told them my compressor was freezing and my lines are freezing at my business. I need my compressor to be looked at, Charged me $220 to come out and “diagnose” a part that was perfectly fine. “We called Elkay and they said replace the push handle.” Proceeded to quote me $151 for a $70 part. Had a great experience, from the start when I called the office manager was incredibly helpful to the high quality service of the technicians that serviced our ice machine. They even directed me to another company for equipment that they did not sell.

I had called in regards to doing business, but the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic, as well as unknowledgable about their own services. She gave extremely inconsistent info, and in the end, she hung up on me. Horrible experience, and unprofessional. Will take my business elsewhere and recommend everyone not to do business with this place unless they reconsider who they hire to run their phone line.
