I continue to be amazed at Jen's ability to identify problem areas and work till they're addressed. Cannot say enough good things or recommend Jen highly enough!
My wife, who is 6 months pregnant, booked a massage a month in advance, only to have it cancelled a few hours before her appointment that she had been looking forward to. They rebooked her to the Portage Ave location a few days later, only for that appointment to be cancelled on the same day again. This is so unprofessional. If it had been the other way around, she would've been charged a cancellation fee. She's been a client here for years, and this is the treatment she gets. Heather is an excellent RMT. She asks questions and really listens in order to give me the massage I need. Receptionist is friendly and helpful.
