We were looking for a replacement hose for a Moen faucet. Ryan went above and beyond hunting the part down for us. This involved several phone calls and texts. Thank you Ryan for your excellent customer service.

Couldnt find the part needed here. But they looked elsewhere and I was able to find it.
Used to be the best supplier in all of Edmonton but it’s really gone down hill. The wait times for after you make an order are ridiculous. Before they moved the counter the staff were way faster and more accurate. Why is one staff taking the order and someone different picking the order? Why am I waiting 25 minutes for 15 items to be picked. I avoid this location ever since they changed to this new system. Been going down hill for over a year now. Really disappointed because it used to be so good.
Staff changes every week. Building changes every month. Nobody here knows what they are doing.
