Had fantastic experiences selecting fixtures for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Kudos to Elaine Sowa for her insights and guidance. We are thrilled with the end results.
Katie in the showroom is not helpful whatsoever. She sure talked lots but didn't answer a single question we asked. Rude and thinks she knows everything. Going somewhere else.
Keep telling the same driver "we do not take deliveries through the front door of the offices." Over and over we tell him. He says ok every time. But continues to deliver orders through the front door in his big 5tonn truck. We have lots of bays in the warehouse to back into. But he never does. 🤷♂️ Update!! Driver still continues to deliver through the front door. Tge lady's in the front office cant pick up these heavy boxes. Seriously what's wrong with your drivers?
