Bought a new car from Newcastle and had it transported to Wollongong by these guys. They were prompt in the response. I spoke with Roz & Dave and they were very helpful and the car was delivered the next day. The online booking form was very simple use. Thanks Wollongong Car Carriers

Recently had two cars transported down from QLD - great dealing with Dale throughout. Happy to have received the cars on time as Dale knew we were working to a deadline. We will definitely use again moving forward.

Appalling customer service. The lady who answered the phone had the worst attitude I have ever had to deal with, was incredibly unhelpful and so unprofessional. Regardless of whether she works in accounts or not - she answered the phone so therefore you would expect decent customer service - this did not happen on the two occasions when I called. My car still has not arrived - it’s been almost a month 😡

Don’t bother booking with these clowns, I don’t know how they are still running a business because it’s a joke. I have been calling every single day for over a week trying to organise a day for my car to get picked up. First time I called, “I’ll pass your number onto allocations they’re just having morning tea and they’ll call you back as soon as they get back”. I wait 24 hours no call. The worst company I have come across so far in my entire existence. They are annoyed that you call and communicate for a service you BOOKED AND PAID FOR. The manager Rozanna is an uptight and despicable person who will not tolerate inquiries. They also cannot communicate with the company that they are booked through.
