Unhappy with the fixed fees and poor communication. The fixed pricing cleverly did not include finalisation of the matter for a commercial lease transfer and sale. We were then hit with a second fixed pricing invoice which more than doubled the fee if we wanted the transfer to be dealt with to finalisation (costing more than the sale itself). The experience with this firm was disappointing. Communication was limited, and updates were infrequent, which resulted in me having to repeatedly follow up for information on the progress of my matter. I was referred to Patricia, however due to ongoing concerns about communication and progress, I decided to discontinue the engagement partway through the process and instruct a different lawyer to complete the work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
