Unhappy with the fixed fees and poor communication. The fixed pricing cleverly did not include finalisation of the matter for a commercial lease transfer and sale. We were then hit with a second fixed pricing invoice which more than doubled the fee if we wanted the transfer to be dealt with to finalisation (costing more than the sale itself). We had our wills, power of attorney and medical treatment decision makers documents finalised.
