I went there so many times always short lifeguards even though there is one there but couldn't still
COJ needs to manage their pools better. They close at random times so you take a chance by going all the way out there to be turned away due to lack of lifeguards.
There was a small mix-up with an order I picked up, but the team fixed it quickly and apologized without making excuses. Mistakes happen anywhere, so I pay attention to how they're handled. Their response was professional, and I'll continue coming here for pool supplies and advice.
