I bought two Wolff bikes from SVP Sports, and one of them (the pink one) stopped working a month after I bought it. I took it to the shop and paid only $85 for the service. I was told it was the motor controller. I contacted Wolff directly to get this part, and Olga Tkachenko was incredibly helpful. They gave me a quote and shipped it to me within a day. We can’t say enough good things about our new Wolff e-bikes! We’re in our 60s and these bikes are very well built and designed for active seniors like us. With a top speed of 20 mph and a range of 75 miles we are riding every weekend all around Chattanooga Tennessee! Great product!

Website said showroom is opened, it was not. I am trying to order an e-trike , no one is available to take order, let alone to take a deposit.
