As a exclusively pumping mom the "family bathrooms" awful. The nursing room is just a busted beat up old dirty chair. No table for any pumping equipment, bottles, bags etc. It's also 10000 degrees in the whole family bathroom it felt like we were in a sauna the whole time. The chair in the bathroom party that is suppose to hold your child for you whole you use the bathroom is broken. There no actual changing station just hard slabs no rails nothing. My daughter had training in Memphis for her job. I was bored so I went to the mall. Very nice mall. Very clean. Lots of stores. I was a very welcoming experience.
