lots of fun to shop in there! This company has excellent stylish furniture,its pricy but worth it. Lovely leather sets,the showroom is so nice and I could walk around trying things out all day. I wish that they would have a outlet sale or something. They share a warehouse with Ethan Allen,so if your unsure of the quality it is only a small step down from Ethan Allen.
Awesome furniture store I found exactly what I was looking for and they were having a sale so I got a great price. I would recommend it to anyone. They have other locations and I was told by my salesperson that some of the other stores have different furniture so I will shop again next time I need new furniture
NOT VERY ATTENTATIVE SALES PEOPLE In the past the sales people would just stand/sit around and not offer to help you. I have gone there numerous times and have not been asked if I could be helped. They were not on commission...so why work! In the summer, the air conditioning doesn't work 1/2 the time, it is like an oven inside. RUN away while you still have your money!!! Take your wallet and run the other way!!! It has been 8 weeks since I purchased my furniture and still am living with a sofa that has a 3" hole, a woobly coffee table and then there is the sofa table. It was special ordered and was to be in within 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks I called to find out what was going on, only to find out that it was at there warehouse. positive My recent shopping experience was one of the most pleasurable outings in recent times. Not only was my sales person Mr. E at the Towson location very knowledgable but just really made me feel totally at ease. My purchase was not a large one but more of a test to see if I would be treated as if I were spending alot. I will now only shop at Gardiners Towson and I am in real need of tons of furnishings. Dissatisfied customer The furniture is good. Its the service and delivery that are below standard. While the salesman was very helpful, I found that the woman at customer service and the delivery people were not. I purchased a piece of furniture. When it was delivered, the delivery man was very rude and disrespectful from the very beginning, declaring the piece was too heavy to lift and he was not going to carry it to the second level (of course he had help).
