went in looking for a more comfortable seat for my gf bike but they explained what would make her riding more enjoyable and even took a bike outside taught her everything she needed to know and then some they really had no intention of pushing a sale just very friendly and educational but I did get her the bike bc she liked it they give the bikes a good once over b4 you can take it excellent service fair and honest oh and the seat try it for a week if you don't like it bring it back and try another
