A previous review on this site stated "if I could guess you've had client's data hacked several times for being careless and lazy" Well they were almost right because they were hacked once in 2023. I was only just informed of this today(12/4/2024) by letter. So not only was I grossly overcharged for their services at the time but I now have my identity stolen!
A CPA firm that has no care for keeping clients information confidential. 2 years in a row I have received mail for an audit they are working on with my bank. The letter lists my full account number, name, address and bank balance! I correctly mailed to a neighbors house due to a typo? You would think auditors for a bank would know better. If I could guess, you’ve have your clients data hacked several times for being careless and lazy.
