Ventured into Wohler's Victor Harbor yesterday to collect our VIP Booklet. Not sure why we had to go in and pick it up. Went to the front counter, they couldn't find anyone from the furniture section, so asked us to wait in the area and someone would attend to us shortly. Several minutes later, not one person to be seen. Wasn't like they were busy, some staff just wondering around in other areas. We walked out! Typical after sales service, Certainly not VIP treatment after we purchased a $4000+ lounge.
