Haven’t used this service as a customer. But as a individual that drives between 80,000 and 100,000 miles a year I believe that you should have a driver pay the rules of the road. Perhaps Use indicators, try to move over safely and not cut people off and not be looking down at their phone!!! van #109 in particular

They service medicade but didn't have a car or low riding truck and had to find a driver for the lift truck people don't say you services people with walker,cane wheel chair if you don't have any available when needed

My mother in a wheelchair waited almost 1 and a half hours to be picked up at Dent. (I called while we were still with the Dr, for a pickup) After, 3 calls I was told the vehicle was 15 minutes away. The driver did not put a seat belt on her to Dent or on the way home. Although, the wheelchair locks were on she was not secured. At one point, I looked at the speedometer and we were 72 mph on the 55 mph 290. We won't be using them again.
