I'm very grateful for their service. They are efficient and professional. I had trouble serving the respondent because they were mostly away from their home. They were able to serve him based on the information I provided and our succinct conversation. In my experience they are trustworthy and great people to work with.
I have been using WNY Process Service for almost 5 years now. The service is exceptional, updates are provided immediately and Jacqueline is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I have recommended this company to every employee at my firm, and everyone has nothing but wonderful things to say. If I could give -5 review, I would. They were paid to serve a party summons for State Supreme Court in Niagara County. They purport to have served the party, and emailed a copy of the service. Niagara County does not accept emailed copies. I repeatedly asked them to provide me the original ASAP, they said they would mail it, but never did. I had to hire a real process server. Called on behalf of a client. Lady I spoke with was very rude for some reason when I inquired about rush fees vs non-rush fees. Will be bringing the firm's business elsewhere.
I had to have my grandsons father served for back child support and because he lives in a different county, the Niagara County court couldn't serve him, it was up to me. In the past his girlfriend would say he didn't live there so I had to come up with an alternative plan. I hired WNY Process and couldn't be happier! Service was great and reasonable.
