I found Sara to be very patient, persistent and willing to simplify the program.....Iike that.....is GOOD. although all the suggested food are different than what I am used to Iam willing to integrate it in my eating. I now have more confidence..and ready to be healthier and of course thinner It would be tremendous helpful for STAFF AND CLIENT IF WE COULD COMMUNICATE via email..my DR has it and it is wonderful
