They were rude to me and threatened to close my account just because I wanted quarters and the original person at window gave me cash. Will be reporting them to the bbb and will get ahold of branch manager. I didn't deserve to be treated like that. Worst bank ever!
Attitude, attitude, attitude. You don't like your job? Do not take it out on me. I left here soooo frustrated. A bank server is not an attorney. If my attorney tells me to do something a certain way, your staff don't know the reasons for it and shouldn't make snide, rude, condescending comments to customers. This situation did not need to escalate...your bank personnel choose to be that way.... I think I'll change banks.
