If someone could explain why three times in a year a bus has almost clipped either myself or my leashed dog while we're walking in marked crosswalks within two blocks of the Montgomery bus garage (in other words, all the bus drivers are familiar with that area because they have to go in and out on that exact route regularly), with street lights, and already in the crosswalk before the bus is anywhere nearby, I would appreciate a plausible reason?
