Brought my partner for what was meant to be a relaxing date night. Instead he’s left with a burn that’s turned into a nasty scar and traumatised to return to any massage parlour. And after burning him the attended said it was it would be fine in 2-3 days and proceeded to harshly rub the area with a strong smelling balm and pop the blister on his back (having not washed her hands and having handled another customer). Have yet to hear back from this business as to any apology or acknowledgment.
