Initially, the support from WLSA was fantastic. They were thorough in explaining the surgery process and what to expect, which gave me confidence moving forward. Unfortunately, that support disappeared when I needed it most—after the surgery. Appointments were made but never followed up, and despite paying a significant amount for both the procedure and promised post-op care, the follow-through was incredibly disappointing.
