Never, Never, Never go thru this company. They say they are going to return your call but never do. Just want your money and that is it. Felicity promises that my refund is coming but 2yrs later and still waiting. Pethidic, would not recommend them at all. Then when you call WLSA reception says Felicity is always busy. DO NOT go near this company for anything. They are dishonest.
Horrible, very scary experience, The business has a truly horrible CEO (Felicity Cohen) who does not care whether you live or die and how debilitating your life can become after an Allurion balloon insertion goes wrong.
