I’d been putting this off for months because I thought it would be stressful. It wasn’t. Wish I’d called sooner.
Felicity and Bronwyn were both accommodating from the beginning and sent me invoices to pay which included the anaesthesist invoice which I paid. Once invoices were paid I started to experience a few hiccups where they kept postponing my surgery date. They weren't straight forward and explaining that this may happen and that may happen. They basically said we are good to go, your surgery date is on this day so once you pay your invoices we will be set.
