Never, Never, Never go thru this company. They say they are going to return your call but never do. Just want your money and that is it. Felicity promises that my refund is coming but 2yrs later and still waiting. Pethidic, would not recommend them at all. Then when you call WLSA reception says Felicity is always busy. This organisation is amazing! I had my first phone consultation at the start of December and I am booked for my surgery 10th Feb, such a quick process and they have guided me through each step of the way, every single person I have spoken to has been a beautiful kind soul and I cant think of enough nice things to say about them all, I am so excited for what my future holds thanks to WLSA 🖤
