Just had surgery with Dr Abid 2 days ago, and from the start of the process 6 weeks ago. The team have been amazing, from weekly calls from the nurse and dietician, and Dr Abid himself, with a follow up from the nurse and dietician on day 2 post op, the process has been a blessing with no up front cost whatsoever so ever, all appointments were bulk billed and rest paid from my super…

From the first contact I felt listened too, supported and encouraged The whole team have been amazing to deal with. If you are thinking about weight loss surgery just make the phone call and have a chat. Highly recommended this wonderful team
Please stay away from this company. I went into the varsity lake clinic to have my appointment with the nurse. While I was in the waiting room I could hear the CEO Felicity screaming at a poor staff member. The staff member left crying as she walked pass me. The appointment with the nurse was fine she was lovely but you could hear Felicity screaming again through the walls over payments not being made. Probably would have scored higher than a 1 if they ever refunded the money for the medical treatment they couldn’t provide? Waited a year before posting this review to give them the chance. Charged for an infusion I never got, when I took the day off work to go get it they didn’t know why I was there, the ‘nurse’ or medical intern didn’t have an APHRA license to be able to do the infusion on her own after I waited 40 minutes.
