UPDATE: It's a long wait as an employer running an add to get help, but most team members do their best and I've been happy over all with support. The reason my review will stay at 1 Star is becuase I closed my job two days before the renewal date which they provided me, and today I am billed for another month. We had been using Wizehire since August of 2020, but our relationship ended today because of their ridiculous changes to their billing. We are only hiring for 2 - 4 months out of the year, and would pause our subscription between bouts of hiring. We would also pause if there were a lack of qualified applicants. In many cases, applicants would indicate that they've met our experience requirements but then their resumes would have zero to no relative experience. Support is very difficult to reach. Platform is clunky and not easy to nav. Ads do not reopen quickly. Would not recommend.
