I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER TO ANYONE. I HAD A POWERED JBL 12" SUB FOR TEN YEARS. IT WENT BAD. MAILED IT TO HAVE REPAIRED. THEY HAD TO REPLACE IT 300.00. GOT IT BACK, IT ONLY WORKED FOR TWO WEEKS. SO MAILED IT BACK. THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE AMP BOARD SO THEY MAILED IT BACK TO ME. IT WOULDN'T EVEN TURN ON WHEN I GOT IT BACK. SO I MAIL THE ENTIRE ENCLOUSE TO THEM. BY NOW I HAVE ABOUT 400.00 WRAPPED UP IN THIS REPAIR. WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK THEY TOLD ME THE AMP BOARD WAS BAD AND IT HAD TO BE REPLACED ... read more
They took my money and never repaired my TV. They wont even return my phone calls to get my money back.
Remarkable... they repaired a unit (pioneer plasma) that the factory could not repair.. .kudos to them
