I visited on my 21st birthday, only to be told by the cashier that I wasn’t considered 21 until the following day. I was refused service despite it being the legal day of my birthday. It’s disappointing and frustrating that the staff isn’t properly educated on how age requirements actually work

The customer service here is always great. They are always very kind & helpful
We have been going to Wizard for years! The owner was always super nice. Very helpful and loved to strike up a conversation. He must have sold the place. They are definitely under new management for the last year maybe? Every time I go in there is someone different. No one is friendly. Still, we try to give them a chance. Well, our last three experiences have NOT been good. I would definitely check the price from the shelf to the price they ring up at the register.
