Staff not super friendly. There's staff that actually is there for the other rental car places in that building but every time going there I have never seen nobody and you always have to wait 20 minutes before you can find someone. Then the car I rented wouldn't start the day I had to get to the airport. Tried to contact somebody couldn't get a hold of nobody and they say they open at 7:00 but that doesn't matter. Do not rent from them. Rented thru Expedia, paid for the additional insurance and they still wouldn't rent to me because of my personal insurance. I was not told what insurance I needed in order to qualify renting from them. I have no problem renting thru hertz which is ultimately where I ended up going. Beware of really cheap rentals that will get most of their money from the insurance you have to buy. No refund from Expedia so don't bother using them either. Dont rent a car from them if your taking a shuttle from airport to the rental car place. They dont have a buisness onsite. They send someone to come get you. Had to walk to visitor parking. Waited over 30 min. Noone came. I went back in and got a car from Alamo. 1st and last time with carwiz

Best place to rent from in Houston. Easy rental process. Good, clean cars with apple car play etc.
