Giving a shout out to Rob Hanby of Witz for outstanding customer service! UPS completely screwed up the delivery of my order, sending it all over the country and several states except for mine. Even after several calls to UPS, they still couldn't get it right. However, when I reached out to Witz, Rob Hanby got involved by calling UPS AND contacting me to make sure I was up to date with the progress.
