Penske truck pick-up: very unorganized/unhelpful. Their front desk worker named Sonia Villere literally laughed in my face. I had to inquire why I held a more professional manner than her if she was the one at her place of employment. We reserved a truck and dolly which they could not honor the dolly portion until 5 hours past our reservation. Frustrating experience when we have a 16 hour move ahead of us. Would not recommend.
