Got pulled over for dui in perrysburg back in 2011. Was asked to take breathalyzer, I refused. Cops tried to talk me into it, saying it was an automatic 1 year suspension if I didn’t, but I still refused. The police got very pissed off, as well as the judge and prosecutor. Gave me a crazy high bond for first offense, as well as no 10%. My aunt worked with Jerome Phillips years before, and recommended him to me.
